We’d like you to meet some of the people who help Covenant Theological Seminary serve and communicate with you, our valued friends and supporters. These members of our Advancement team support the mission of the Seminary by maintaining alumni and donor relations and developing new ways to support the church. Please keep them in your prayers as they make plans to call or visit your area soon—and please pray for the Lord’s continued blessing on the Kingdom work of Covenant Seminary.

Brad (MDiv ’99) brings a wealth of experience to his role at the Seminary, having served with The Navigators collegiate ministry and as an associate and senior pastor. He and his wife, Dana, have four children and three Australian Shepherds, and enjoy Cardinals baseball, hiking, good coffee, conversation, and fly fishing.

John Ranheim (MDiv ’06), a native of Seattle, served in campus ministry for five years before coming on staff at Covenant Seminary. He also worked in politics and as a small business owner. John’s passion is for equipping the next generation of church leaders. He is married to Elizabeth, with whom he loves to run, ski, and enjoy the outdoors. They have one son, Jacob, with another child on the way.

Pat Smith (MDiv ’08) holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Georgia. He worked in the employee benefits industry prior to joining the staff of Covenant Seminary. His passion is for the Word of God to shape the people of God. Pat is married to Meredith, and together they pray to be Christians on mission, in order that the Kingdom may come.

Joel (MDiv ’04) served as a project manager for Mission to the World/Impact prior to attending Covenant Seminary. As the son of a PCA pastor, Joel is passionate about seeing pastors supported and sustained for a lifetime of fruitful ministry. He and his wife, Shannon, have three sons: Jonah, Isaac, and Zeke.
