Admissions Information

Our admissions representatives are current students who have recently been through the process of coming to seminary. They know exactly what to walk through with you as you, and possibly your family, consider your seminary and future home. They stand ready to help you understand the details of Covenant Seminary’s various degree programs, policies, and procedures.

Admissions Procedures

Ready to apply to Covenant Seminary? Begin today by completing the two easy steps below. In order to view PDF documents, you need Adobe Acrobat software. If you do not already have this software on your computer, click the Adobe button below to access the download page for this free software.


1. Fill out our online application or download it in PDF form (pdf, 180.31KB) and download the following forms that must be completed. You will also need a MasterCard or Visa credit card to pay your $50 application fee online.

2. Be sure to submit all the following materials to complete your application process:

  • Transcripts from all undergraduate or graduate institutions previously attended, even if a minimal number of courses were taken at a particular school.
  • A recent photograph of yourself (optional)
  • A $100 tuition deposit, which must be paid within 30 days of your acceptance notification. This deposit is a statement of commitment to enroll at the designated time and is fully refundable if written notice is received up to 30 days before the first day of class. Upon matriculation, the deposit amount will be credited to the student's account.
